DOWNSTAIRS: Although this house is smaller it is absolutely lovely as the interior has stone walls like the outside giving it a very different feel to the main house.

DINING AREA: Cosy space with space for a table and chairs. A pleasant place to sit and enjoy your breakfast.

KITCHEN: With cupboards the same design as in the main house with lots of storage space under the work surface and under the stairs. Currently with a full size Fridge and Mini Cooker/Oven.

BATHROOM: Just off the kitchen the bathroom is fully tiled in white with the usual shower, WC and sink with a built in shelf in the shower for your toiletries.

BEDROOM: A large romantic double bedroom that has 3 windows making it very light and airy. There is also room for a small child’s bed or cot and a gate at the top of the stairs as a safety precaution. This bedroom also has a ceiling fan and stained wooden floor.

OUTDOOR: As you walk in through the large wooden gates there is a lovely grape vine trailing over a wooden pergola and an established Orange Tree. Right in the center of the Main House wall is a very attractive ‘Juliet Balcony’ overlooking the courtyard. The courtyard has been made to be very low maintenance as it is fully tiled. There is even a small shed to store your sunbeds etc. Between the 2 properties the owners have a pergola which provides shade in the summer and extra living space in the winter, as there are clear roller blinds along it which can be brought down to create an extra ‘room’ outside.

The houses are currently fully furnished so if you require the furnishings the owners are happy to negotiate a price for them or will remove them if you prefer to use your own.
