From the organically cultivated vines, a delicious tsipouro (a typically Greek clear liquor similar to grappa) can be produced by taking the fermented grapes to the local distillery.
As well as there being several established olive trees providing an abundance of olives, the owners have recently planted 18 new olive trees to create an olive grove for the future.
