House Description.
Lower Floor: This is a light, airy space offering tremendous views onto the terrace and garden beyond. The open-plan design gives it a lovely feeling of space. There’s a wooden, vaulted ceiling and tiled floor. A beautiful wood burning stove is large enough to heat the whole house during the cooler months. Air-con for the summer.
The kitchen is fully equipped and includes electric cooker and hob, fridge freezer, double sink with drainer, ample shelving and all other equipment required for the self-catering experience. There’s a good sized double sofa bed, ideal for younger people or overnight guests. Ikea dining table & chairs.
Bathroom: Modern, clean and stylish. Shower, W.C, and sink. There’s also a washing machine housed here.
Bedroom: Located on the mezzanine level it is small but there’s enough room for a double bed. Some of the original stone is exposed- double aspect windows gives wonderful views.
Outside: Local stone terrace with several seating areas. There are good quality shades for the summer months, outdoor BBQ/oven, hammock and swing! The land is very large and ends at the foot of Vigla hill. Fruit, olive and nut trees dot the landscape. It really is spectacular.
