The house is in pristine condition, I’ll wager one of the owners is a Virgo, yet in truth, some modernisation wouldn’t go amiss. But, it’s ready to move in to immediately. It has a lovely, gentle and peaceful feel about it. I was invited to have a glass of juice, honestly, I could have sat in that little Greek kitchen for hours.

The house is on one level, the two bedrooms at one end are in the original, stone house whilst the kitchen and bathroom have been added on at a later date yet the flow through the whole property works well. There is a new roof
and wooden, vaulted ceilings. Windows and shutters are in excellent condition; in short, the big jobs have been done.
Kitchen: A large door leads directly onto the courtyard and the window boasts mountain views. This, coupled with the fact it’s larger than average size, make it a light and airy space. It would really benefit from modernisation. Currently
there’s lots of storage, sink with tap and drainer, ample room for a dining table and chairs. Lots of shelving and a magnificent 1960’s fridge.

To the original stone building are two separate rooms. Both are being used as bedrooms. The middle one has a door onto the courtyard and a window making it another light room. As with the rest of the building, the floor is tiled.
It would make an ideal living area. It would be possible to install a wood-burning stove for those colder nights. There’s a ceiling fan for those warmer days. The second, slightly smaller room would be a perfect double bedroom.
Courtyard: A lovely, private spot with simply wonderful views across the mountains and down to the sea. It’s well maintained and has a pergola offering shade. Ideal for outdoor dining and living. There’s a stone wall separating it
from the neighbours space. Outdoor tap. Parking a few metres away.
