Tavari is a small, quaint and picturesque fishing harbour studded with traditional tavernas running parallel to the sea front. There are a few shops along the way but that’s pretty much it, the charm of this place is its very gentle and slow pace of life. Alternatively, Xrousos and Poderas beaches are a few minutes drive away. Both Skala Eressos and Kalloni can be easily accessed by car.

If retro is your thing, you’ll love this house. It has a wonderful 70’s vibe to it and some may wish to capitalise on that. The build itself is solid and boasts some lovely features like the traditional polished marble floor running throughout the entire property. External ladders lead to the roof top. With permission, a sun-deck area would be the icing on the cake. To the rear, spectacular views of mountainous Mesotopos, to the front, a magnificent sea view and Tavari in all its glory. The perfect spot for a sundowner or two.

There’s a raised and covered terrace with the ubiquitous polished marble, plastic pull-down blinds provide protection for the cooler months. The planting to the front of the house is truly delightful and the owner has created a removable wooden balcony which is easily set-up.
