Full Description: Established in 1986 the Galini Hotel has been welcoming guests from all over the world for over 30 years. Its location is perfection, hidden down a quiet lane surrounded by a huge variety of trees, shrubs and flowers the hotel is peaceful yet so close to all of the wonderful amenities that the ever popular resort of Skala Eressos has to offer.

This is a family run hotel and it shows.
There is a high percentage of returning visitors to the hotel as well as new custom annually. Due to the bird-watching fraternity the season starts earlier than most with tourists from all over the world flocking to spot rare and unusual birds migrating. The season is also extended well into late September as a result of the annual International Women's Festival which has been taking place for 17 years offering local businesses a very busy 2 week period.

The owner is continually updating and developing the business however there is room for improvement; some of the furniture is a little dated and will eventually need replacing.

The hotel is fully operational and the current owner is willing to offer much in the way of support, information and guidance during a negotiated handover period with the new owner/s.

HOTEL DETAILS:

There are 20 rooms in total, most house x2 single beds. There is a triple room and x3 rooms with double beds. Two of the rooms can be combined to accommodate four people. The current owner is gradually replacing the beds for new.

Each room has a newly renovated (less than a year ago) bathroom; they comprise a shower area with glass cabin , sink with shelf, W.C and mirror. All have been tastefully decorated with large tiles giving an overall contemporary and modern feel. Every room has a wardrobe, safe, T.V, telephone, table and fridge. All have a private balcony with table and new armchairs and very pretty views. The hotel has full air-conditioning as well as central heating.

All signing throughout the hotel is also written in Braille.

RECEPTION:

Good sized reception area including telephone system ,printer /copy.fax machine and scanner. There is Wi-Fi throughout the hotel which is rated as 'excellent' on Booking.com.

New tables, chairs and a small library are also situated in the lobby area.

TERRACE:

This is a picturesque area, shaded by trees and shrubs covered with a brand new pergola and new armchairs. Breakfast is served here in this lovely, private space.

KITCHEN:

Situated just off the terrace is a fully equipped kitchen for the preparation of breakfast. Large freezers, fridge, dishwasher, coffee machine, double stainless steel sink and a brand new oven. Heaps of cupboard space and more than sufficient crockery and cutlery. It has tiled floor and excellent lighting. The kitchen lay out is excellent making food preparation smoother.

BASEMENT:

This is a vast area and houses the hotel's laundry facilities although in the height of the season this work is contracted out. There are two bathrooms for public and two more bathrooms and space for hotel staff to change etc. There is a huge amount of storage space available here too as well as the central hitting system.

ROOF:

There are 25 solar panels that feed 3 large water tanks. There are a further 8 solar photovoltaic panels connected to a back-up system ensuring all corridors are well lit during should there be a power-cut. Excess energy generated is sold to the grid for a small annual profit.

PARKING:

There is parking space directly to the front of the hotel; the main public car park is within a 2 minute walking distance.
