The deal breaker here are the two terraces situated off from the room. One offering sea views, the other mountain capturing both morning and evening sun. Great attention has been paid to the lighting of the house and the bedroom is no exception with spots sunk into the walls.
Outdoors. There's a great courtyard space, covered in local stone. It's completely private and ideal as that extra summer room. Perfect for dining/entertaining or just relaxing. There are some mature trees though most plants are potted thus making maintenance very low-key. There's scope to remove some of the local stone if you're itching to grow more otherwise, just enjoy.
There's an apothiki (that's a shed to you and me) it houses the boiler and washing machine and offers storage space too.
This has also been completed to high-spec. It offers a good space. There's a large room home to a double bed. A large window gifts courtyard views and much light. There's a fridge and tea and coffee making facilities. A delightful bathroom which uses the same tiling as the main house. Again there's double sinks, a WC and shower.
